Looking for mobile app designer

this is very unique idea I have a pitch for the app and the layout all written out This is the pitch, I’m going to clarify the details on how i would want it done This app will have 3 forms of communication , A group chat function that members can start and join all from the same time zone, they can start this group chat with any topic they choose and come and go as they please. Or members could have a private group chat for invite only . The second form of communication will be a private chat function where users talk one on one . The third form of communication will be a forum where anybody can post a topic and anyone can reply . And the most popular thread would go to the top of the page. Each member will have the option of creating a profile either with their name/photo or they could stay anonymous and just create a user name. They will be able to customize their profile by answering a set of questions if they choose and/or give a detailed or brief commentary of their choosing . Each user would be able to add friends to a buddy list of some sort where they could see if any of their friends that they have made are on. They have the option of reporting other users or blocking them as well. The app would use a locations service to ensure users are in the same time zone for the group and private chat but not for forum. Anybody from anywhere can post on that I want the app created so people can only communicate with people who are in their time zone, who are also struggling to fall asleep color scheme Light blue would be fine. And I was thinking PillowChat will be the name A basic profile, group chat , private chat, and forum user can sign up via fb and google You will be able to make it so users can only chat with people in there own time zone
