Client Wants a Logo designed that involves Text & Graphic. part of the logo will require illustration. since client provided self drawn mockup of his idea. Attached is his drawn ideas plus a 3 minute audio of him describing his ideas. Because it is quicker to listen i decided to just attach the audio rather then transcribe his details. Please listen to his ideas in the audio. If you are confident in your abilities to fulfill the requests, only then, submit a proposal. From his description provided, the 'arms holding the tools' part should be designed by an in-house designer. all other parts will be designed by the hired designer
