Incubator Warehouse is a small eCommerce business that specializes in equipment needed for incubating reptile and bird eggs. We are looking to trademark our logo and can’t do that with our current logo due to the fact that the images used in it are copy righted and can not be used in a trademarked logo unless the right to do so is bought. We are wanting to take our current logo and make it into something that can be trademarked but are also open to looking at all new ideas for our logo. We are looking to see 3+ options: • One version that is the same as our current logo but with the images redrawn* so that it is eligible to be trademarked. (Current logo uses the font Tw Cen MT) *Redrawn with minor changes. The changes we want are: the chameleon’s tail in a different position, chameleon’s legs repositioned to be holding onto letters, duck’s head turned the opposite direction, duck’s legs slightly repositioned, and colors for chameleon and duck simplified. • One version similar to our current logo with updated imagery that is unique and able to be trademarked and also changing the duck and egg imagery to a chicken and an egg • One or more versions that are all new, eye catching and represent what our company does and its values. The end product that we are looking for is a logo that is: • Original artwork that can be trademarked. (No purchased images or symbols) • A vector file that can be opened with Adobe Illustrator CS4 • Readable in a single color if it were to be printed in black and white
