Logo Design for a charitable organization

I am looking for someone to design a logo for a charitable foundation. The name of the foundation is "The Ireland Mae Frazier Foundation", and it is a charitable organization to assist fathers in their fight for shared custody of their children. The main mission is to promote equal parenting and shared custody between all parents, but unfortunately fathers do not get the same assistance and resources that are generally available to mothers. As many of the states are now developing future legislation that will provide the presumption of equal parenting rights upon the separation of the parents, it will not be enacted the near future, leaving fathers unable to pay for legal assistance and with limited resources to fight for their rights. As a result, many fathers lose access to their children years at a time for no other reason than an antiquated family law system. I would like a logo designed to exhibit the love between a father and child. Ireland Mae Frazier is the name of my granddaughter and her father is currently in this battle for his life and hers. If there could be an inclusion of some Irish symbol to represent her name, that would be a plus.
