i want make holiday home booking website like airbnb , for that i have WordPress WP rental Theme , just i need customize it as per my requirement. My idea is i want start holiday home rental website. Like chalets, farm houses and Tent houses in desert... For Property owner can list/manage their properties through login my website. For users aslo book/manage their bookings through login As a admin i can control all the things Website should be in two languages English and Arabic. Payments in local currency (KUWAITI DINARS KD OR KWD) with local payment gateway. User pay 15% of booking amout while made booking. These 15% fixed for all bookings and that 15% should be admin fee(non refundable ). Remaining amount user can pay at the place. Remaining all things as usal. After booking confirmed details send to owner and user emails in pdf that contains all booking deatils with address and map link price details
