Help drawing logo and choosing font

Hi! I am in desperate need for help in drawing a logo for a surf related project (still a project, nothing has been done yet). Also choosing what font to use. The idea would be to draw a wave king of "F" for the entire name of the project (Flow). I already did a very basic drawing of what we need (attached). But it need to be more professional looking! Also I need help choosing a suitable font to write the rest of the word Flow. Well, who can help?
