Graphic Designer needed

we are a small industry association that runs an annual conference for our members (we work in the public works space). I need the following: 1) a banner title for our conference marketing purposes, 2) the formatting of a conference prospectus. I've developed the copy for this prospectus - I just need someone to format it and add some pictures etc. 3) formatting of an associated application form for conference exhibitors ill also need a conference program to be developed some time down the track once we have developed the conference program (the conference is in September 2020 - so we will prohbly have the copy for this finalised in a few months time. ive included a copy of last years program to give you an example of last years approach. I have also included the copy for the prospectus, some photos from last years event, out association logo. I've also included the logo from the conferences major sponsor (Komatsu) - I will need to be placed somewhere on the conference banner and / or on the prospectus. I've also included a drawing that we have that details the stand locations for the conference (2019 floor plan) - can you provide us with a price to re-do this diagram (removing the company names listed on each site) for use in the prospectus (probably best sits in the Venue section).
