Graphic designer/illustrator for mobile game

We are looking to hire graphic artist (illustrator) for 2D mobile game – arcade puzzle game (bubble theme).
We need app icon, GUI, splash screen, 1 animated character with 5 requisites, 5 thematic backgrounds with interactive elements and about 30 objects.
Game design should look cute, cartoonish and professional. All the objects in the application have to be entertaining, cute, high quality, beautiful, shiny and vivid colors with emphasis on special effects.
All graphics should be vectors, drawn in Adobe Illustrator. We also expect to export them in png files.
