Hi! I will create the template with the contents in place and can also proofread the content for you (bilingual English speaker, grammar Nazi). I will place graphics in the header and footer to give the ebook a corporate look while accommodating for the logo placement. Any graphics or stock images I use in the template will have commercial licenses so there won't be any copyright issues. It is great that you have the hex codes for the logo. That will speed up things. I can provide examples of corporate designs in your inbox. My suggestion about the lead generation funnel is that instead of using an image off the internet, we create an infographic that is in sync with the style and colors of the ebook. As for the cover, I believe a front and back cover must be created. The back cover does not need to be very populated, however; it can just be white or a plain colour with the name of the company, for instance, or have a very simple design.
