Graphic design of a handwritten electrical map

You MUST deliever the project on time (7 days from accepted bid) or else no payment. 5. No milstone payment until the project is finnished and quality checked by me. Project description: I have a handwritten electrical map that I need to Clean up in a nice looking Graphics design. the design must contain the following (I have attached the files to the Project): 1) handwritten electrical map. 2) A floorplan of the house in scale. If you have some electrical know how its a big plus in this Project but it is not an requirement.
