We are currently using Entrepreneur ([login to view URL]) workpress theme for our spa business. The website had served us well, but we would like to add more pages and some function to the current site, as we are offering more services now.
This theme comes with a booking function that allows a customer to make a booking immediately, however, the drop down option need to improve. For example, it only allow a list of drop down services for customer to select. But I would prefer it to have drop down by category ( eg, Book appointment > Service Type (Massage/Nail)> Massage Type.
There are also other functions that need tidying up, for example:
- A developer help us to build in the login using FB, but it's not working well now.
- There should be an auto email blast to customer on their birthday month, it is not working
- The Gift Card page ([login to view URL]) need to have options for people to send the e-voucher to recipients, allowing the customer to fill up the recipient's details and auto generate the e-voucher codes, but it's all manually done now. So this feature need to be developed.

I have engaged a few developer to work on it in the past, so some of the pages have different styles and the look and feel are not align. I need designer and developer that have an eye for details to tidy up the whole site. The theme itself comes with some standard features, we don't mind to use back the current style guide for all the pages. However, since we are adding more pages, we will need some design work. Do also note that the theme does come with some ecommerce function, and we would like to add in this to the current site.
Do take a look at the attached Site Map, and also the customer booking/ contact us flow. Hopefully, this will help us with our discussion.
Content will be provided by us, you will just need to come up with the design of how the page look like ( see an example of how the first-page design was submitted, we would like you to be able to suggest something similar), develop it and make sure that the system works smoothly.
We are hoping to get the new website up less than 3 weeks if possible.
