Format a marketing email in HTML

I would like to re-create a Word document in HTML so that I can use it in a mass mailing. I have tried to just convert in Word to HTML but the margins get messed up. I have Dreamweaver, but rather than struggle for hours I would just as soon pay some one to format it as a small project. I have the embedded images already on my website and ready to link. I would like someone to create the required div tags and CSS to make this look pretty if I drop it into Thunderbird for a mass mailing. It basically has 6 embedded images including the logo on the bottom. No huge rush but would like in the next couple of days. Addendum - in the example image #5 has some missing text - should be "Plays back just like DVR".
