I need an executive secretarial assistant to help manage an online jewelry store. Initially the position may require 10 hours/week max but it may increase later. Executive secretarial assistant will be needed primarily for communication with suppliers and customers, printing and email management responsibilities, and finding other qualified individuals to help with other business tasks eg., marketing, accounting, logistics.etc.. will also need to be able to correspond via snail mail with quick turn around time. Starting pay at $10/hour.
