Detailed Character, simple animation for Youtube

I would like an animator to design a character based on an animal. This animal will just talk. It will be a simple animation. There could be some side scenes to illustrate what is being said. I would like a high quality character and graphics but not much detail needed for the background. no scene changes. It's all about the character. I don't want to spend much on this, but would offer a good reward if it does well. I will do the script and voice over. I have many ready. The character will be a YouTuber. I will need help with designing the character. I have a picture in my head but I am not an artist. I want to make one 1-2 minute video of just one scene and then copy it many times with minor changes - the character talking and the odd thing going on beside him. There will be a series of 1.5 minute long animated videos.
