Design a website, then build it using Wordpress and WooCommerce

Hi! I need help to design a website, then combine 4 different websites into one. 3 of those already exist. We'll need to create an architecture that will allow us to have all these sites into one, we'll need a brand new homepage, we'll need to create the missing section and we'll need to completely overhaul an eStore. Please note that I want to work in Wordpress. First, we need to design and create a homepage under my specific instructions and implement it. Then, we need to move the current homepage and make it a secondary homepage (the "blog" section). Third, we'll need to create an entirely new section using a Wordpress template (that's the easy part). Fourth, we need to completely overhaul the eStore: redo the inventory in WooCommerce, new graphics and new Wordpress template. Here's what I'm looking for: - I need someone who follows instructions to a tee. It needs to be exactly like I say! - I need someone who can work in Wordpress. It's mandatory. - There will be a lot of graphic design. Also, please note that we have a huge photo library to work with. - I need someone with a good portfolio. Make sure to include a few websites you've already worked on/created. The final result needs to be aesthetically stunning! - I need someone who knows how to make the eStore look beautiful.
