Design a website

I am looking for someone who can create the graphics for a themed website for a deli that is located along the ocean. The graphics should be done in photoshop and should be properly layered so I can easily extract everything. I want the website to look like a deli alongside the ocean and should also display information about the deli. I am looking for something like: [login to view URL] (The animated version) The website should look professional but creative. The website should be 1 page, but should have the following sections incorporated around the scene: - A logo of the Deli (Already provided) - An about section used to describe a little about the deli - Catering section to explain that they do catering events. (They own a truck that they drive around and cater events with) - Section for the menu. It should display the generic menu categories (Burgers, Signature Sandwiches, Wraps, etc) with a picture of each category. When the picture is clicked, a full menu will appear. - A gallery section to showcase pictures of the food - A contact section with a phone number and google maps photo The website should also integrate the following graphics (They should be the same style as the website): - A picture of a Deli building - A picture of a catering truck - A picture of a Dock going into the ocean I will also be animating the page. A few ideas to include are: - Flying seagulls - Buoy bouncing in the ocean - Sailboat moving around Attached are pictures of the deli and a rough Photoshop layout. You are not restricted to the layout in the file; you have complete freedom as long as everything is included.
