Design team cartoon for our teammate's wedding present

I'd like you to create/design team cartoon for our teammate's wedding present.

I'm looking for the cartoon designer who can design similar taste of team cartoon as below:

■ Overall design

- I'd like you to create/design team cartoon for our teammate's wedding present

- Around 50-60 people appear on the cartoon. You are expected to design cartoon portrait for each person based on their facial photo which I'll provide you later. Also I'll request the specific costume (e.g., wearing suite, riding car etc ) for each person later

-I’d like to add small phrases (phrases the person often says) to each character. Please keep in mind I’ll ask you to add that next to the each person (In English)

- Back ground color and objects are also requested later, but not to be very time consuming design, but simple color and some massages (e.g., Happy wedding)

■ Size of design and data type

-I'd like to receive your work output as electronic file (PNG / JPEG / any other file type normal computer can open and print out). Please noted that we'll print out on [url removed, login to view]*[url removed, login to view] (Vertical*horizontal length) paper so that the graphic definition should be durable such size

- Please apply as soon as possible

- I'll choose freelance by end of day on Feb. 26th in Japan time. At time, I'll provide specification and guidance of overall design with facial photo and specific costume design request for each persons

- Job output deadline: By end of March 4th in Japan time
