Design a T-Shirt with Police K-9

I am looking for someone to create a high quality t-shirt designs with a small front and large back that I will be selling. Please read before placing a proposal. It will work like this: Requirements: You are experienced in illustrator and Photoshop and are able to create high quality original t-shirt designs Shirt Designs: I will be giving you examples of what I am looking for, they would have the same subject matter and feel; but look different than the examples. Design Work: Related to Police K-9 units, the design will consist of a German Shepard and the american flag, with a police car in the background as well. Time Frame: I expect this to be done within 2 days from when I hire you. Terms of Agreement: At the end of the project, you will turn over all rights and copyrights to the designs to me and they can not be used in any other way or project. These designs are to be created brand new, no clip art unless stated in your proposal which you have created yourself and or have 100% rights too. I am looking for high quality designs, I have more ideas and would be looking for a designer in the future if things go well for me. Please make this a nice and smooth project.
