design a new online store for a chocolatier specialty shop - Animated interface and advanced skills required

We need to have someone in charge of developing our new online store. The store should comprise of a suitable back-end solution, that caters to expanding markets, is upgradable, has the most features and can accommodate integration with external partners. The front end, can have any form needed, as long as it can host animated content, video content, and highly animated actions on the front end, including a high developed product selection mechanism that we need to be animated, as if the mouse physically pulls on levers of each chocolate type ( 42 types + ) and fills an increment 100g 200g etc also there needs to be a nicely designed, animated view of a shop, we need the online experience to match going inside a shop but filling the chocolate yourself, we also would like to include an auto voice-to-text command mechanism, where users can answer and select using vocal commands. There will also be ready arrangements, which will be animated as well, customers can select a silver or glass plate or vase, fill it up with the goodies they like from the chocolate assortment, and then wrap it up with nylon ( all animated ) and delivered to the shopping cart for checkout. The site will also have custom made arrangements, catering appointments and requests for prices, contact gathering, data capture through social media is important, blog, newsletter and CRM is needed for the back end, we need a system where we can easily edit the backend later ourselves, using the CRM system, rather than having to revert to any developer for minor or major changes. we need a backend that allows for flexibility and has a lot of features for non-developer users. The work will go only to a company or individual who has delivered something very similar to what we requested here. Proposal structure should include details on proposed from your side : The client tier—this is the only component in the browser The web tier—the web server, or HTTP server The business tier—the application server, including the development platform, frameworks, and server-side programming languages The database tier—the database server you choose, which can often depend on the business tier IMPORTANT : The whole website should easily be transformed into a marketplace at any given moment, with an integrated option in the design and backend to transform it into multiple online smaller stores with 3rd party vendors whom can sell easily on our platform.
