Hi Greetings ! I have read the description amd checked the picture you have attached. I am a Mechanical Design Engineer with expertise in SolidWorks. I have done project similar to rhis which the is design of a hydrauloc press. In that project, I used C channel to design the press, hand calculatioms were performed to determine the size of C channel and the hydrauloc press was modeled in Creo.
