I own a ski real estate listings site in Niseko Japan. [login to view URL]
Niseko is the largest ski town in Japan and has an active real estate market that caters to western buyers.
The website has just been launched and has a reasonable take up of local property agents.
I would like to place a full page ad in the dominant local magazine, Powderlife.
I would like a bold simple ad, that avoids the cliches. You can review the recent powderlife magazines online.
The tag line should be similar to, "All the best Niseko listings in one place... finally!" or "Niseko's best listings in one site"
I am thinking to avoid the usual snow cliches,mountains ski shots etc...
I am thinking more like the cover of "The Subtle art of not giving a fuck"
