Design animated map for video production

We require a 20 second animated map to show the route of a ship travelling from Spain to Australia via Sth Africa. We need to show the path the ship has travelled to Australia, then show the last part of the journey via truck. Technical details: Frame rate: 50fps (so we can slow areas to suite our own production) Size: 1920x1080 Format: MP4 or ProRes We would like the earth to rotate keeping the ship centred on the screen, then once the ship is at the final port, the animation needs to go into a google map with blue line tracking the truck for the last part of the journey (not showing the globe, just flat map). We would also like some sort of indicators to show the places the ship docked, and we will also provide locations the truck passes through (around 10 locations). Start port: Santander Travel west around cape of good hope, across to Perth, under Australia through bass straight, then up the east coast of Australia to port Kembla. We will provide a route map to winning bidder.
