Database Driven Web Site

We require a website for our new business. The website is to be database driven with a maximum of 15 dynamically generated web pages. The site is required for our staff to upload/embed reports that our clients can then access. This is not a front end website, this will be for logged in users only, so visual design is less important ( we don't want a brochure website) Key features: 1) User Login (password authentication/Forgot password/reset password/verify user and verify password change via email) 2) User roles assignment and permissions - dictates what pages can be accessed and what content is shown on those pages 3) Individual user permissions 4) Uploading of files via a form 5) Adding HTML embed code into a web page via a form Project/Quote should include: 1) Page Layout/Design/Creation (we are looking for minimal design here) 2) Database Creation and Design 3) Creation of Webpages and associated code (code should be fully commented) 4) Configure and upload to our web server 5) Test it 6) Upon payment all work including code, comments, database and any documentation is passed to Elomark Limited as well as full ownership rights Security of code is very important to us, so we would expect the code to handle this, i.e. prevent SQL injection, no sinks etc. Languages/Platform: We have a preference for MySQL, PHP and Javasript, but are open to suggestions of other platforms. Your Input: We are open to your ideas and suggestions to improve the site, reduce costs and improve functionality. Relationship: We would hope that this would be the start of a longer term relationship where you will be involved in client projects to create landing pages, integrate with other sites (api), but we are happy to work on a one off basis too. We would expect to communicate via Freelancer chat and also via Skype (messages and calls). You should be able to communicate in both written and spoken English. Attached Files: Attached is a brief summary of the company and what we want to web site to achieve as well as a PowerPoint containing view of the pages, dependent on the rights and permissions of the users. Be aware that there are more than 15 slides, the additional slides depict what users see based on the permissions granted.
