I'd like to have software that facilitates generation of quick, relevant, and informative psycho/educational evaluations. My goal is to cut IQ/Achievement report writing down to a couple of hours by allowing staff to input evaluation scores / performance observations / demographic information and have this information integrated into prepared paragraphs to yield a report ready for review and conclusions. I've already had the IQ/Ach portion created by one developer using Excel & Word but it was very cumbersome and would occasionally malfunction. So I know this part can be done. For psychological evaluations, I'd like statements describing student behaviors etc. to have check boxes. Once ticked the statements would form paragraphs and again be ready for review, addition of information and conclusions. There are several eligibility determinations used in Texas, so I think it would make sense to have one document (template) for each eligibility. This is a simplistic description of what I'm looking for. The software would need to allow for the statements to be easily modified by the user. It would also be helpful if one could copy and paste statements into the software. The final document needs to be in word. The software needs to be easily customized so the sections can be reordered, deleted, information added, font settings adjusted, headings adjusted etc. based on personal preference. It should be stored on the user's district laptop / desktop, on an online product due to confidentiality laws. If possible, I'd like an app to perform the same work on an iPad. I found an online product, Docunimbus that seemed to fit the bill but it was not easily customizable. Also, it was to be used online. And now, it appears the makers are removing it from the internet.
