Create the visual identity and illustration for a "Wizard like" website

We need someone with UX, WebDesign and illustration expertise to build the visual identity and avatars for a "Virtual Consultant" for a shirt store. The "consultant" is basically a wizard, with the best User Experience as possible, that, based on the user's answers, will redirect the user to a filtered page (external to the consultant website) with the real products.
User scenario: The store has today more than 700 shirt models and sometimes the user get lost during the navigation and gives up searching for the right shirt. Also, there are size variations from 1 to 9. So, even if the correct shirt model is found, there is a chance that the size the user is looking for is not available. The project consists in building a website which will, with the best user experience as possible, direct the user to the product he is looking for based on some questions.
What will be the scope of your tasks:
1) Understand the user scenario and offer a solution with the best User Interface and User Experience for a responsive website
2) Create the illustration for an avatar, which will be the "virtual consultant" that will ask the questions. There is a chance that more than one avatar is needed.
3) Create the visual identity, including, but not limited to: Typography, Icons, Colors, Animations between the user actions (if aplicable), etc.
4) Assist the developers in implementing the user interface based on the proposed solution
What will NOT be the scope of your tasks:
1) Implement the visual identity on the website's markup, this will be the developer's task
