I own [login to view URL] hosted on Wix. I don't want to pay yearly fees since the site is pretty simple and mostly static. I need someone to redo or convert it to simple static HTML5 pages that I can upload and publish at [login to view URL] and then make simple edits, manually as needed. I do not want it to be done in WordPress or use any third party tools that I have to stay on top with its new versions and stuff. Also, it gets hacked easily. I need pure HTML5 code, may be somt stylesheets. I already own hosting at [login to view URL] and i will host it myself when you complete the project and deliver it back to me. If relationship works, I will also hire to do the following: 1. I own [login to view URL] that need redesign 2. I own [login to view URL] that was moved out of WordPress but needs to be redone. 3. I own [login to view URL] that is not seo freindly since mostly images, that needs revamping. 4. I own metropolitanLaundromat but it was hacked (Drupal or WordPress) that needs fixed 5. I own another laundromat that does not have a website. I saw a template [login to view URL] that can be used or fresh site to be done. 6. I need to start a new pickup/delivery business under [login to view URL] that I own. This will needs ios and androoid apps along with website and good back end and database like MySQL skills.

Thanks for your consideration, Phil Kubin Also, to be of help - whether you choose me or not - if you're going of low cost of ownership for a static site that doesn't get crazy amounts of traffic, I personally do it free and reliably using google. By creating a firebase project they allow you to host the site for free. No hosting charges, same content delivery as the times. Just some food for thought. (I can set that up for you as well if you'd like)
