A clone of another site with a touch of my branding

I'm running whitelabel services. So I need a website designed to attach to my backend section which is shown in the attachment. The provider is [login to view URL] so I would basically have u use the content and layout from that while adding a flare of my branding,removing all references to clicksend. You will also need to tweak the pricing page to mirror the pricing in the backend incase I update it...they have a developer api which I'm sure would include that call request. the website should be mobile responsive. there also should be live chat options and I should have the ability to add siftscience api or any other api to the front end to monitor users. I think ipqualityscore api would be best so I can block users. you must be able to look into that so I can block users when needed. or any other fingerprinting api that allows me to block a user based on their browser,location etc. anyways I would definitely need a sign up button or login button..which should be on the website and that button will link directly back to my backend which is already complete...your just designing the customer facing website or ui. bid your final cost...since this is a simple project state your time frame. I wont release milestones before project is complete. I wont pay extra or over budget. I provide hosting and domain and SSL will he cloudflare SSL so thats everything needed. you must color the site into my own branding colors. Ensure you actually read my project.
