Your budget suggests that you might be interested in real, handcrafted, done from scratch art for your book and if that is the case, I'm happy to express my interest. This offer includes entire illustration package following your specification: concept art, and a storyboard, 10 full bleed full colour illustrations, cover art and some spot illustrations should there is a need.
