Cartoon Animation/ Live Action Production

I am seeking an experienced animator for a CD for a children's book. It will involve creating fully-custom cartoon-animated videos, between 1 to 3-minutes, with specific characters. I will provide you with the song and a video with a real person doing the TPR (total physical response). You will need to transform that into an animated video. There are 25 songs in total, but I only need one first, as a sample, so I can show it to a publishing house. Once they decide the animation is OK, I will provide you with the remaining songs and we can decide the details (time & remuneration) of the project. I am willing to pay 20-30 $ for the demo and decide the final payment once the animation is approved. The target market are children with ages between 3 to 6 years old, who want to learn English. The below link is an example of what I am looking for: [login to view URL] Additional to the animated video, I will need you to capture certain images from the video and transform them into drawings/ pictures, which would become the illustrations of that respective song. The exact number of illustrations is yet to be decided, but for the first song only a sample of a couple of illustrations is needed. You must be reliable and have a great turn around time while not sacrificing quality or detail. A demo reel that has examples similar to this project OR one trial 10 second character animation / live action scene to showcase your capabilities must be provided.
