want to build a database (individual) that people can scan documents into or upload via mobile phone, then later ability to search on specific words and recover documents.

the app would have to have OCR recognition so it could recover filtered words documents for review.,

I require this app to be built from scratch.

I need OCR recognition, image capable. must beable to retrieve based upon word or phrase, and if image attached to doc, has to retrieve that too
