I currently run a website with a static list of items, which a user can filter using a pull-down options menu. When a filter is selected, javascript causes div elements in the list to be hidden or made visible by adjusting css. I have used this static approach to enable a rapid prototype for concept and market testing (MVP). However, I now wish to create a dynamic website. For example, storing list data in a backed database (mySQL) and calling and rendering with ajax/php (or other recommended method). I want the listed items to load in a similar manner to the image search in google (ie. a lazy loader that loads the next 30 results as the user scrolls down), based on the results as filtered. I have some dev skills to implement / tweak the site, but need someone to advise on the best approach, create the ajax/php framework and scripting, and create a shell working version.
