We have a client that is looking for a sophisticated real estate website to be created based on a lot if not all of the features of realestate.com.au. This project is split up into four stages over a period 2 -6 months or possible longer. This project is open to design companies and design studios as well as experienced individuals that are looking to work as a part of a team. Please note that due to the complexity and privacy of this job, Non disclosure agreements will need to be signed before specific details will be able to be discussed Stage 1, Design, Develop & Implement a website and administration and user back end similar to [login to view URL] for residential and commercial properties. This would include everything the client would need to list proprieties for sale with photos asl well as a user interface simular to realestate.com.au. A search function simular to [login to view URL] is also required. Stage 2, Support Ticketing System - out of the box. The client is looking for an integrated support, abuse and reporting system for clients to contact the site administrators Stage 3, Social Media Integration, ability for the clients selling their properties to share their houses or houses / properties of interest to social media easily and effectively Stage 4, SEO Marketing and Site optimization including archiving and historic results To be applicable for this position you must be an Australian Citizen with at least 4 years experience in web, php and mysql scripting.
