The logged in area will 1) Allow companies to create compliance articles as attachments pdf, page title, compliance type description, and agree to terms. Allow employees who register as having agreed to the terms and submitted their esignatures to file a grievance on the same companies dispute resilution page which itself is also customizable for each business. 3) Under the hood the application will also record and store (for each business compliance form) the agreed employees / customers IP address the date they approved it, type of device they used the operating system used on that device, and the web browser used to visit the webapp. The collected data about each individual member per company can be shown to the business if they pay for it and can be manually suspended or allowed to use that information as a fingerprint for verification later online whereas the identity of the person filing a grievance or dispute can be verified beyond a doubt if the data collected on the dispute matches the data from that users agreement sign up. If the data is a mismatch it can be flagged as suspicious and a warning sent to use closer scrutiny when evaluating the complaint for failed compliance procedures.
