I need a site where suppliers can bid for business from consumers... consumer will post a requirement, then the suppliers will bid for the business. Similar to freelancer.com but for actual goods. The supplier will have to log in(client too so there will be 2 types of accounts... supplier/bidder and client) I will need the ability to add fotos of what the consumer requires and a description including location(linked to a google maps. They also need to state how soon they need it(immediate, 1-3 months etc). The site needs the ability to add categories(similar to the way gumtree does it)
The supplier cannot contact the consumer directly. he can only see the ''job'' and then bid on a job. Similarly, the bidder cannot see the supplier info. they will only get this once the transaction is complete. the site needs to be able to integrate with some sort of payment gateway. Ideally Payfast, ([login to view URL]), so that all transactions are processed through a single provider and through the site. . for now we will only do a collection service.. but i would like to have the ability to add freight charges to the item too.
As for the supplier signing up, their needs to be a subscription fee applied so i need a subscription service, from the client side i just need login details... so need to capture things like name, email, phone and address details...they need to be able to login in with facebook too...
I think that covers my requirements... havent got a name for the site yet so lets call it - 123Goods.com...?
