Build a Website

We need a simple website that will be used with our business partners. Here are the reuirements. This does not have to be a fancy website, we only need it to work correctly. Doesn't need alot of bells and whistles, just correct functionality. 1. Our business creates a new order in the system. a. we will add a customer name, address, phone number b. we will need to add 1 or 2 images to the order, so we need to be able to upload a .png, jpeg, etc...files to the order. c. we will need to specify which of our partners this order will be going to. Example, partner 1, partner 2, partner 3 etc...or their username. d. We will need to have the following options to change order status: New Order, Processing, Shipped e. We may also need to be able to update order notes. f. When we add the new order, we want an email sent to certain email addresses for partner and ourselves. Partner side. 1. We need our partner to be able to log into the system and see only their orders. All orders for Partner 1 for example. 2. They need to be able to update the the options for the order and add notes and upload pictures. When they make updates, we need emails to go to certain email addresses.
