Build a Website

We are an indepenent estate agents based in east london. we have created a website design on photoshop, and would like this created, it needs to be mobile freindly. When creating the site, seo needs to be in your mind. So code has to be as simple and clean as possible. I have attached jpeg of our website design home page. I have also attached a jpeg for the designs of all the other pages which will use the same format. I also need an idea on how we can upload properties ourselves. I would also like the following functions on the web site: 1. Search facility (on home page) - Allowing people to search for properties. 2. Tenant Registration - A button leading to a form, and when tenant fills in his details are emailed to us. 3. Buyer Registration - A button elading to a form, and when buyer fills in his details are emailed to us. 4. Instant online Letting valuation - a button leading to a form. Users select criteria what matches their property, which gives valuation (we will give prices of different areas etc) 5. Instant online Sales valuation - a button leading to a form. Users select criteria what matches their property, which gives valuation (we will give prices of different areas etc) 6. Interactive Tupe Map (Letting) - Tube Map of London, and when you put cursor on top an area a box appears of prices in that area. 7. Once website is created, I will need SEO done (Keywords etc.) (This will involves the home page, landlord page, management page, and seller page being done 7 further time for 7 different areas (Only text will be different) This is a real project which I need but there is no rush I just need it done correctly. THere will certainly be further work, and you are more than welcome to use this in your portfolio. We will provide references in future if you would like.
