Build me a visual identity

Hello, We are currently looking to build the visual identity of our new restaurant in Paris. The name of the restaurant is "ZAYTOON" which means "Olives" in arabic. The restaurant will serve mediterannean cuisine in general and more specifically Lebanese cuisine (Falafels, Shawarma, Tawook, grilled lamb, etc.) The concept is around Olives and olive oil, which are the main ingredients in mediterreanean cuisine. We will import our own family produced olive oil from Lebanon, and most of our ingredients will be organic, healthy and with a high quality standard. The restaurant will have two different menus, one for take away with sandwishes, and another one with platters for dine-in. The restaurant capacity is 55 persons inside and 15 persons on the terrace. The restaurant is a first step in building our brand, and we aim to open several entities in the future: "Zaytoon Express" for smaller points of sales specialized in take away and delivery only "Zaytoon Cafe" "Zaytoon Catering" "Zaytoon L'atelier" as a high end Lab restaurant for testing new receipes and offers etc.. We are looking for a logo design, menu design, any visual items to place on the website, on the walls and screens inside the restaurant and on the outside glass (stickers, etc.) The visual identity should be inspired from the Zaytoon name, we are excpecting some kind of creativity in tweaking olives or olive branches, with a classy and urban twist, fun and young touch, and a hint to our homemade cuisine, family produced ingredients and healthy products.
