Build a template for PowerPoint

We need a simple PP template following company style guide (see attached). Cover slide needs to have: no image, no background color, only logo and slogan, a placeholder on the left bottom of the page to insert an image, that is not greater than 1/4 of the slide. Table of contents. 2-3 "virgin" slides only containing the logo on the bottom of the page. Final slide, similar to cover slide described above. It is of utmost importance that the presentation does not feature any aggressive color in the background or images, (except place holders mentioned above).
The result has to be simple, slick and very easy to use while being aesthetically pleasing
