We're a property management agency who offer a range of property management services for Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Private Landlords. We need a bespoke website designed, tailored to our needs (for example; will not need to include: Property Listing Property Search Property Booking User Profile (Tenant/Landlord) Online Valuation Online Booking Live Chat We are looking for a basic menu bar (Home/About Us/ Contact Us/ Services) plus (News/Properties to Rent/Landlord Guide/) as we're targeting Landlords and specific authorities (not your average Joe looking to rent) we'd need excelled SEO to market/advertise to our niche audience and up our visibility. We're looking for an elegant, modern design which is easy to use and compatible on other devices. Not sure on some specifics (such as if it's vital to have a secure website or the final number of pages as this seems to vary how much content is in one page and how this affects SEO running). We have a logo in place and overall design/colour scheme to go by, we have a specific website in mind which we'd like to base it on.
