I already have design (only) and need someone experienced to build website landing page.
1. I already have one page design.
2. Need to build the website with details of UX UI.
3. Background paralax (4-5 seconds motion background), I have the mp4 files.
4. Details motion of UX for Menu, dissolve image, details of hover motion of menu text (you gave me the ideas).
5. Implement on html format in my server.
6. Able to speak Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
