I need someone to create a dating app that matches people based on location and interests and then each person receives a QR code. Both codes must be used with the person they matched with to get a discount on an activity like a free small popcorn for a movie. I do have design frames of what I want the app to look like please message me for them. The app would be for both android and IOS. Need someone to design in Photoshop or illustrator, setup the web admin, and web services to pull and push data to server, and publish the app to both app stores. Must speak English well and be able to handover full source codes and backend api after completion.
