Brand Refresh with a branding package

Our company is 15 years old and our logo has been the same since day one, and could use a refresh. We'd prefer to have the old (current) brand recognizable since it's everywhere right now, but we need something new and fresh that can take us through another 10 years. Besides our logo, our current marketing is all over the board for the most part so we'd like the fresh new logo to have a whole fresh new brand that we can use all over our existing websites, mailers, one-pagers, trade show booth, etc... get bring everything together. Here's a possible dilemma, one we've had since inception, our company name is Soleran. Our primary software platform is called eAppTrack, and we have two specialized templates of our platform that we market to different industries, one is eSalesTrack, one is eMediTrack. We are okay with the existing eAppTrack/eMediTrack/eSalesTrack logos as they are all the same, branded everywhere, and still look reasonably good but we would like our company logo (Soleran) to be a little more interchangeable (maybe that's the right word) with the e___Track logos. Regardless, the new brand should be interchangeable with the corporate (Soleran) logo and the product logos. We are open to changing the colors but would like to keep the red "e" of the product logo reasonably the same, it's used all over our platform and would be too extensive to change throughout.
