Background Artist for Animation

I'm looking for a Layout Artist that has a based on knowledge of design principles, including color, shape and balance, and layout principles. The Layout Artists needs to be able to work with software, such as the page-layout, Photoshop, and other software. You will be asked to do multiple background, therefore I need someone who draws quickly but with a high quality. You will need to be able to recreate this style of background. Therefore, you will be require to do a test to see if you fit the style before I start working with you. You will be paid 20$ CAD for each background. I will not accept a bet higher than 20$ CAD since there will be lots of background to be done. I need: -Someone quick but that can produce high quality work (Therefore someone who can do at least 2 backgrounds a day) -Someone who can draw in the exact same style as the image attached. -Someone who understands how to add different perspective in a background. (therefore who knows how to add details in the foreground as the background of the background image) Please, submit a similar background or recreate a similar background so I can see if you fit the style.
