We have developed standard Android app and Android web view app using Android Studio. I have read the overview of your requirements and am confident of delivering well. I have a few queries: How the users will be added to the site database? By registration through app? Adding friends in your network (only registered users will be able to select each other as friend) ? Taking photos, adding location, adding tags and posting pics to your profile (Sharing pics inside this app only)? Feed with your friends pics and videos (videos will be uploaded from app)? Search option along with search feed , preferably based on ML - (we have not used ML but will try) ? Recommendation of friends imported from Facebook contacts - (please explain the flow) Once you have addressed my queries, I will be able to assess scope of work precisely.
