Adobe XD Design - UI and UX expert for web and mobile project - long term

Looking for expert in design UI and UX to work on team to develop product ideas into visualizations and layouts for prototype website applications and mobile tool applications. Please provide work history examples and let me know what you can do. User 1: Sales Rep entering data for job-board style listing. Currently sales reps have to enter the same data over and over again on multiple websites - we are building interface for rep to enter data one time and then let the server push those posts to as many connected job boars as the user is credentialed for. Basically want a very simple, fast screen to enter a minimum data set of details for each job. 1) Dynamic "smart" user entry fields: View will allow user to type in zipcode/postal code of job for instance and auto-fill (jquery/ajax) city/state/country or allow user to type in the city name and pull options from known cities and zipcode default for each city. 2) Service-Type list - each job will be classified by type of service or job type and will then require a list of equipment required for the job based on the service type or vise versa depending on which field the user is crating. 3) Physical properties of job fields (weight, size) for instance int field entry for weight (lbs to start as default, selectable kg however would be nice option to allow for user preferences); Length, Width, Height --> normal dimensional fields (optional data) 4) short description field: block user input 70 char max 5) detail description/notes: long user text input Submit button Visual feedback to user showing: 1)Form validation: to indicate store all data saved if all form fields validate and all required fields are filled out 2)Indicate backend server scripts running to connect to and submit the stored/submitted job to any connected service the user has credentials for - basically a button, logo, icon or something - can even change colors - to show a connection request is being made and the user's post is being pushed to each site in real-time. 3) Confirmation or status error visual on each connected service with ability to click and detail what the response error was from the connection script for that particular service. Basically a way to SEE quickly on a ONE PAGE application style system the form fields needed for a standard post, then to get immediate feedback on success or failure of posting. We will want to see a list of submitted posts, age of post and details on where each is posted to successfully or any failed with clickable to drill down and see status messages / error codes from each third party site service. On this list view - we want to be able to quickly "EDIT" and reopen a form similar to the first data entry option - to modify any field. We want to also be able to quickly DELETE the post - which in turn calls the backend server to connect of course to each job board site and request the previously submitted work order or job be removed. This is the basic setup for the portal for posting jobs we are looking for. We want a very clean, fast and simple UI for our users. There are 2 or 3 views in the post portal.
