Website Design EXPERT Needed for DRAFT

1) This bid will be for a DRAFT that we would require before allotting the final job which will be in a few weeks. 2) I will IGNORE you / your bid if you cannot follow instructions written here. 3) I do not have the time to go through your portfolio, so please submit EXACTLY what I have requested of you. 4) I need an Expert at web design. If you are still into HTML and learning, PLEASE DON'T BID and waste my time. 5) We have a website that needs a PASSIONATE person to work behind it. (I believe it's called Lightbox, Jquery but I may be wrong) You may use random images of scenery / animals etc. (but try and maintain an overall theme). This is where I will be judging you on your PASSION for coding / design and mainly CREATIVE expertise. 8) You may submit more than one design. I will give preference to those who do. You will obviously be paid for the draft.
