Design, build, deploy a responsive website

Building a website to replace the current one for a client who sells aircraft parts. Their current site is here: [login to view URL] and competitor websites are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The design goals here are to make GRG look bigger, and more advanced than the competition. To build an very sleek, advanced, responsive (meaning it works perfectly on mobile) website that sends the message to the customer "This is a company that clearly knows what they are doing." I am not concerned about the platform to be used - it can be from scratch, on Wordpress, whatever. The key is that it looks fantastic. It's not going to be a blog, it won't need any serious content management maintenance, so that is not the consideration. Images to use are attached. Not all should be used, but multiple for certain. Copy for the site will be provided by me, once the overall design is done. Use lorem ipsum placeholder text for the first passes, and then I'll provide the final copy. We'll also want Google Analytics added to all pages with code I will provide. The milestones will be as follows: 1. Provide 3 draft layouts or themes (these can be simple wireframes, or actual themes, graphics, etc) from which I will choose 1. 2. Implement the chosen theme on a testing website (to be provided by myself) with images and placeholder text as required. 3. Implement final copy (to be provided by myself) 4. Make changes per myself and the client to both layout and copy for a maximum of 2 cycles. 5. Receive final signoff on the project. Milestones 2-5 will each pay 25% of the total bid for the project. Please know that this is a test to see how well this process works via a Freelancer. If it goes as smoothly as above, we will be providing the EXACT same process for 2-4 new websites per month, for at least the next 18 months.
