Website Redesign using Wordpress

I currently have a webdesign firm I outsource work to but they work during Indian Time zone. I have a lot of website redesign orders coming up but I need someone who will work during PST time zone so that communication is easier and prompt. Currently I have a website for a 'boat moorage and marina' company needing redesign and it needs to be made in Wordpress. It has the noraml 5 pages plus Links and Blog page. Need a simple basic design but it should look modern and visually appealing. I don't care even if it just a paid template you use. If your work is cheap and good quality, you will get work from me regularly. Please reply with a reasonable quote and also please make sure you add links of work YOU have done. A lot of companies post links of websites done by others. I want to see work YOU have done. Also please bid ONLY if you can work during PST time zone. I need constant communication and fast turn around time. Thanks.
