Redesign a Website

I am looking for an experienced graphic design/web designer to redesign www.getmypayment.com. I have tried a few different freelancers in the past and always end up having to pretty much do most of the work myself! I am NOT a designer! Please don't respond unless you can do the entire job as described below. I NEED SOMEONE CREATIVE THAT CAN DO ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1.) Take time to understand what products and services we offer & what our business is about in order to relate to the site you are designing! 2.) Create pages that are modern and responsive - similar to html templates found on [login to view URL] (please look) This site needs to look clean, new and professional. 3.) Find & place appropriate and relevant new images/icons pertaining to our market, business and products. We will have all the same pages/content on the existing site including a contact form. We will supply some pictures, logo, etc but expect that you find the right graphics, pictures, etc. to make this site look awesome. 4.) We need to be able to edit the content of the site in the future using Dreamweaver so it needs to be done in HTML5. This will be the first of many projects I need done so please price accordingly. My budget is less than $150.00 for this first assignment - just so I can see what kind of work you can do. I have wasted too much money for sub-par work in the past and am looking for someone that is willing to prove themselves!
