customize wordpress / create website / code scripting/macro build

This project is for design/implementation for a site called [login to view URL] currently it is a basic wordpress template. The project ALSO includes (apart from the website) design/coding of a macro or script to interact with [login to view URL] However this project is a bid request to do the following: customize the wordpress template and adjust it to emulate the design/layout of [login to view URL] - content will be somewhat different and tab names, images, and text content will be different, but the general design/layout needs to match that site (i.e. blog with 3 google adense panels, total of 4 boxes on right edge, several tabs, bottom row of basic content links such as privacy policy/contact us etc) - text and images and logo to be provided but creative input is desired to enhance theme of the website and visual appeal. Theme of the website is that visitors are EITHER new people to forex trading OR they are people who have been trading for some time and have been unsuccessful/unprofitable. ForexSavior is their "rescue" resource for education, guidance, products, tools and services. Also note the following additional spec special notes for the project: 1) installation and integration of constantcontact mailing list plugin on home page for weekly newsletter 2) some content will include "trade rooms" and to support that there needs to be signup to a wordpress plugin for simple mailing list (.csv based) that allows for easy unsubscribe. There will actually be 4 separate mailing lists each with their own register button (for 3 daily sessions and 1 weekly, total of 4 lists). There will also be a register button for "elite" room access which will have a quarterly subscription using paypal and boxbilling to administer/process and tie to gotowebinar 3) There needs to be built a script/macro that runs as an unattended project on a task scheduler that: imports the .csv file for each of the 4 simple CSV mailing lists logs into our anymeeting account and sends a meeting invitation to each list with registration form. Then schedules the reminder email for 1 hour prior to the meeting. I do not know if anymeeting has an API we can use to connect a batch file or similar script to - we will find out. If they do NOT, we will simply have to create a task scheduler project that does it as a windows-based macro to interface with their web based dashboard.
